“When you want something done right, do it yourself.”

Sound advice we’ve all heard over the years. It’s also the guiding philosophy of CFM Projects. We are a woman-owned business based near Washington, DC, providing full-service construction/renovations and general contracting services for a high-profile client base of Fortune 500 companies, as well as federal, state, and local government agencies. And the majority of work we do is self-performed. Our experienced people, including licensed engineers, are one-hundred-percent involved from pre-construction through post-project service. It means being more agile and efficient in our process, more hands-on with our clients, and developing more successful projects. It means building and managing the right way – with integrity, quality, and value.
