CFM Engineering was incorporated in 2002 by Nancy and Kevin Fitzgerald, both B.S. Chemical Engineers with twenty (20) years experience in Professional Engineering and Project/Construction Management Services. Nancy and Kevin started CFM based upon their belief of offering quality and cost-effective design/build, construction, and project services at a fair and reasonable cost.

CFM’s core client base is Fortune 500 manufacturing, Federal, State, and Local Government Agencies. CFM is comprised of 24 employees, professionals in engineering, project, and construction and skilled construction trades personnel, who provide full service Construction/Renovations and General Contracting Services.

CFM has been successful in receiving prime contracts for many Federal and State Government Agencies such as the Department of Navy, Smithsonian Institution, US Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Army, US Coast Guard, and US Treasury. As a woman owned business, CFM Engineering received 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business Certification from the Small Business Administration in February 2005 and State of Maryland, Department of Transportation Minority Business Enterprise Certification in June 2007.
